Growing up in a Spanish-Italian family, my kitchen was always filled with the comforting smells of garlic, olive oil and very special Spanish dishes passed down through generations.
This collection celebrates the recipes that feel most like home to me. From my Abuelo’s creamy Arroz con Leche to my mum’s hearty Lentejas (Spanish lentil stew) and our family’s golden Torrijas (Spanish-style French toast). Each dish tells a story of family, tradition and the warmth of gathering around the table together.
